Job Title: General Manager - Sales

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Lead and support Regional Managers with strategic guidance in achieving revenue, margin, and customer experience targets
  • Monitor regional sales performance, develop action plans, drive business, customer trends, and KPIs
  • Collaborate with top management on planning, reporting, and expansion strategies
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development and sales planning across regions
  • Ensure brand standards, customer experience, and operational consistency across locations
  • Provide insight and development strategies for store-level leadership
  • Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and audit requirements
  • Deliver regular sales forecasts, analysis, and reports to executive leadership

What we are looking for:

  • 8–10 years in jewellery retail, including experience as a Country Manager
  • Excellent product knowledge and communication skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
  • Proven ability to manage through others, with a strategic and performance-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership techniques, and the coordination of people and resources.
  • Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
  • Fluent in Arabic & English (both written and spoken)
