Job Title: General Manager - Sales

Key Responsibility Areas
- Lead and support Regional Managers with strategic guidance in achieving revenue, margin, and customer experience targets
- Monitor regional sales performance, develop action plans, drive business, customer trends, and KPIs
- Collaborate with top management on planning, reporting, and expansion strategies
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development and sales planning across regions
- Ensure brand standards, customer experience, and operational consistency across locations
- Provide insight and development strategies for store-level leadership
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and audit requirements
- Deliver regular sales forecasts, analysis, and reports to executive leadership
What we are looking for:
- 8–10 years in jewellery retail, including experience as a Country Manager
- Excellent product knowledge and communication skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
- Proven ability to manage through others, with a strategic and performance-driven mindset
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership techniques, and the coordination of people and resources.
- Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Fluent in Arabic & English (both written and spoken)
